Kristin Spraggins
Kristin is Director of The Band Consultancy. The Band is a research and insights collective with tenured professionals in psychology, brand strategy, and multi-media storytelling. For the past six years, she has built her business by creating a more humanized approach to participant recruiting, implementing human-centered design research methodologies, and bringing impactful insights to business innovation pipelines. Her passion is working with cross-functional thought leadership in diverse industries to break through assumptions and challenge the status quo.
